The tasting menu will allow you to sample classical European flavours with a unique modern twist. The menu created uses great quality locally sourced ingredients to create a culinary delight. You and your guest can opt for a sixth course as well as wine pairing with each course, these upgrades are payable directly to the venue.

The wine flight will include great quality English and Welsh wine that will pair wonderfully with each course to bring out the subtleties of flavour in the dishes provided.
