The Smart School of cookery started in 2007 by business woman and cook Ann Hood. Ann hosts a pro celebrity cookery school across three locations with famous names such as Valentina Harris, Franck Pontais to mention a few, Frank Pontais has appeared on Ready Steady Cook and in regular broadcasts on BBC Radio.
The school has been hugely successful on both private classes corporate events and continue to do so.

You will be guided through the step by step through the process of making delicate Dim Sum and Gyoza with a fragrant dipping sauce followed by mouth-watering salt and chilli squid.
The final dish you will conquer will be Beef Tataki with Wasabi Mash.
