The Smart School of cookery started in 2007 by business woman and cook Ann Hood. Ann hosts a pro celebrity cookery school across three locations with famous names such as Valentina Harris, Franck Pontais to mention a few, Frank Pontais has appeared on Ready Steady Cook and in regular broadcasts on BBC Radio.
The school has been hugely successful on both private classes corporate events and continue to do so.
Within this class you will both learn the secrets to creating great tasting Jerk Chicken using authentic and great quality ingredients. Your professional chef will guide you through the days itinerary before you don your aprons and begin creating!
Authentic dishes will include a traditional Caribbean Lamb Curry with the final dish being glazed pineapple with Cinnamon Crème.
Enjoy this festival of flavours whilst learning great recipes and techniques. Throughout the class you will enjoy sampling your creations, revelling in a medley of exotic spices and flavours. The class and tasting are a two-hour duration.
